MILAN DESIGN WEEK: NERI&HU INSTALLATION AT VALCUCINE MILANO BRERA | SPOTTI

During Milan Design Week, 15 - 21 April, De La Espada furniture designed by Neri&Hu was exhibited at the Valcucine flagship store as part of the Neri&Hu installation in the Architectural Scenarios exhibition. Three immersive architectural environments, each created by a renowned international architecture and interior design practice, celebrated the kitchens designed by Valcucine designer and founder Gabriele Centazzo.

The Neri&Hu installation, entitled “the hearth” focused on the kitchen as a spatial metaphor for warmth and conviviality within a home. It was divided into two parts, one public in nature with the kitchen sitting on an open plaza, and the other more private, with the kitchen contained within a wooden structure. The installation featured Neri&Hu products crafted by De La Espada including Trio Side Table, Capo Lounge Armchair, Commune Stool and, exhibited for the first time in Milan, numerous products from the 98.6°F Outdoor Collection.
