PLACING AN ORDER
HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Orders are not taken directly through this website. Placing items into your basket and checking out registers your interest in the specific products chosen. Once you register your interest in this way, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours to discuss final details, VAT/taxes, and shipping/delivery before a quotation is issued and payment is taken. In many cases, and dependent on your location, you will be contacted by an authorised De La Espada retailer near you, rather than De La Espada directly, who will hold the details of the Purchase Query you submitted on this website.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
De La Espada accepts payment by bank transfer. Our retailers offer various payment methods.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT/TAX?
The prices listed on this website are retail prices in Euros inclusive of Portuguese VAT at a rate of 23%. Orders placed directly through De La Espada will be charged at this VAT rate. Depending on your location, your local retailer may charge a different rate of VAT or sales tax.
If you are located outside the US, UK, and EU, you will be contacted with any adjustment in taxation, for example the exclusion of VAT. Import duties and other local taxes may apply.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products are crafted at the dedicated De La Espada factory in Portugal.
IS YOUR TIMBER SUSTAINABLE?
Our timber products are made from American white oak, American black walnut, European ash, and European Douglas fir from sustainable farms.

WHERE CAN I SEE DE LA ESPADA PRODUCTS?
De La Espada furniture is available through fine retailers of contemporary furniture around the world. If you are unable to visit one of our retailers, our knowledgeable product consultants can guide you through the decision making process via telephone or email. We are more than happy to send, free of charge, additional product information, photographs, and material samples when available.
HOW CAN I GET A SAMPLE OF TIMBER AND UPHOLSTERY?
As you view images throughout our site of both products and material swatches, please bear in mind that your computer screen may not represent the colours accurately. We recognise that consideration of colours, fabrics and finishes is an important part of the decision making process. You may request samples by email or by telephone.
