Franklin Street Apartment, New York
In 2019, De La Espada took up residency in a new home in New York’s Tribeca neighbourhood. Set within an apartment at 100 Franklin Street, the home is a collaboration with DDG Partners and The Future Perfect.
The Future Perfect designed a one-of-a-kind residence that combines collectible gallery works with De La Espada furniture designed by Neri&Hu, Matthew Hilton, Luca Nichetto, and Studioilse.
